Shipping policy

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been packed and leaves our studio, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update with live carrier information.

4. Local Delivery / Pickup (If Applicable)

  • If you selected local pickup or local delivery options at checkout, you will receive a separate notification when your order is ready or out for delivery, along with details on timing and location.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees to reship the package.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Glow by Ty Lamar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please reach out directly to the carrier to file a claim.

  • If your order arrives physically damaged due to transit, please contact us immediately at [GlowbyTyLamar@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can make it right.
